The villa was built in 2000 according to the individual design of the famous Yugoslavian architect J. Jovanovic. The villa's area is 478 m2. The area of the plot is 446 m2. The facade and interior are made of the first class natural materials.
On the ground floor there are a fireplace room, bar, kitchen, dining room, library, bathroom.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces.
On the second floor: two separate apartments (35m2 each), maid's room, a large terrace.
The house is fully furnished, there is a necessary home appliances, air conditioning, WI-FI – fast internet on the whole villa's territory, satellite TV, autonomous water supply, floor heating.
In the courtyard is a cozy summer terrace with a kitchen, stone grill, lawn and garden.
